Description

Ingredients

– 1 cup packed brown sugar

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 2 cups pecans, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

3. Fold in the chopped pecans and stir until the nuts are evenly coated.

4. Scoop the praline mixture by the tablespoonful onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the praline bites are golden brown and bubbling.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
