Description

These Pumpkin Patch Brownies are a delightful fall twist on a classic chocolate brownie. Rich, fudgy, and infused with warm pumpkin and spice flavors, they’re the perfect autumnal treat.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

– 4 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.

3. – Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until well incorporated.

4. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and flour.

5. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

6. – Fold in the chocolate chips.

7. – Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

8. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9. – Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, sprinkle the top of the brownies with a light dusting of powdered sugar or chopped pecans.
