Ingredients
– 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well combined.
3. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin cream cheese filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
4. – Carefully roll up the crescents, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow tip. Place the filled crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown.
6. – Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
