Ingredients
– 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. – Add the pumpkin puree, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne (if using). Blend until well combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. – Season with salt and pepper to taste.
