Ingredients
– 1 pound radishes, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
– 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the radishes evenly.
2. Gently fold in the chopped parsley and dill until well combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a dip, topping, or side dish.
Notes
This Radish Relish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. The flavors will continue to develop the longer it sits. Adjust the seasoning to taste if needed.
