Description

Indulge in the divine combination of sweet raspberries and creamy white chocolate in this easy-to-make Raspberry & White Chocolate Mousse. This no-bake dessert is perfect for a special occasion or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

– 8 ounces fresh raspberries

– 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar


Instructions

1. In a medium heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate over a double boiler, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted white chocolate, being careful not to overmix.

4. Fold in the fresh raspberries, reserving a few for garnish.

5. Spoon the Raspberry & White Chocolate Mousse into individual serving dishes or ramekins.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

7. Serve chilled, garnished with the reserved raspberries.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. You can also experiment with different types of berries, such as blackberries or blueberries. The mousse can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
