Ingredients
– 1 lb fresh salmon, finely chopped
– 1 ripe avocado, mashed
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the chopped salmon, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Form the salmon mixture into small, equal-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
3. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Stir in the Greek yogurt, remaining 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, and 1 tbsp dill.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon balls and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through.

Notes
