Description

Enjoy this quick and easy Sheet Pan Hot Honey Salmon & Broccoli recipe, featuring tender salmon fillets and crisp-tender broccoli baked to perfection and drizzled with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze.

Ingredients

– 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions

– 1 head broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet with the broccoli, spacing them apart. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, and lemon juice.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.

6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle the hot honey glaze over the salmon and broccoli.

7. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a spicier glaze, use more hot sauce. You can also try substituting the salmon with another protein, such as chicken or tofu.
