Description

Indulge in the ultimate homemade treat with these Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs. Featuring a savory, smoky brisket filling and a creamy, cheesy center, all wrapped in a perfectly baked pretzel dough. These irresistible bites are sure to be the star of any party or game day gathering.

Ingredients

– 1 lb smoked brisket, shredded

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup beer

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1/2 tsp paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 batch of homemade pretzel dough

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. – Divide the pretzel dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then use your thumb to create a well in the center.

4. – Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the brisket and cheese filling into the well of each dough ball.

5. – Pinch the dough around the filling to completely enclose it, forming a pretzel bite.

6. – Arrange the filled pretzel bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

7. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pretzels are golden brown and the filling is hot and melted.

8. – Serve the Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs warm, garnished with additional chopped brisket or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or finely chopped jalapeño to the filling. The pretzel bites can be made ahead and frozen, then baked directly from frozen for a quick and easy party snack.
