Description
Indulge in the classic s’more flavor with these easy and delicious s’more rolled rice krispie treats. Perfectly gooey, chocolatey, and coated in graham cracker crumbs, these no-bake treats are perfect for parties, movie nights, or an after-school snack.
Ingredients
– 3 cups rice krispies cereal
– 4 cups mini marshmallows
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the rice krispies cereal until well coated.
3. Scoop the mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into balls.
4. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Roll the rice krispie treat balls in the crumbs until fully coated.
5. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled s’more rolled rice krispie treats.
8. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a neater appearance, you can also dip the rice krispie treat balls in the melted chocolate instead of drizzling. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
