Ingredients
– 1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
– 2 tablespoons sesame miso dressing
– 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
– 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
– 12 wonton wrappers
– Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine the flaked tuna, sesame miso dressing, sesame seeds, and green onions. Mix well.
3. Lightly spray a 12-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
4. Gently press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, creating small cups.
5. Bake the wonton cups for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
6. Remove the wonton cups from the oven and let cool slightly.
7. Spoon the spicy tuna mixture evenly into the wonton cups.
