Featuring a selection of creepy-crawly meats, cheeses, crackers, and Halloween-themed garnishes, this board comes together in just 5 minutes for a hauntingly delicious treat.

Ingredients

– 1 lb assorted deli meats (e.g., salami, pepperoni, prosciutto)

– 8 oz assorted cheeses (e.g., cheddar, gouda, brie)

– 1 cup crackers

– 1/2 cup olives

– 1 cup grapes (some dyed black or red for eyeballs)

– 1/2 cup pretzel sticks (some shaped like spiders)

– 1/4 cup cocktail onions

– 2 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 tbsp black food coloring

Instructions

1. Arrange the deli meats, cheeses, crackers, olives, grapes, and pretzel sticks on a large serving board or platter.

2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the black food coloring until well combined.

3. Pipe or spoon the black-colored cream cheese onto the board to create spider web designs or other spooky accents.

4. Garnish the board with the cocktail onions, arranging them to look like eyeballs or other creepy-crawly elements.

5. Chill the board in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

For a truly spooky touch, try using glow-in-the-dark or Halloween-themed toothpicks or skewers to hold the ingredients in place. You can also add other seasonal items like dried figs, pomegranate seeds, or edible flowers for extra visual interest.
