Ingredients
– 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
