Description

These Sticky Honey Mustard Chicken Wings are the ultimate easy appetizer or main dish. The wings are baked to crispy perfection, then tossed in a sweet and savory glaze for an irresistible flavor combination.

Ingredients

– 2 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

4. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wings halfway, until the skin is crispy and caramelized.

6. Serve the Sticky Honey Mustard Chicken Wings immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, you can broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking. These wings also reheat well, making them a great make-ahead appetizer.
