– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, mixing just until combined. Stir in the vanilla.
6. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk. You can also add a swirl of strawberry jam or a streusel topping for extra texture.
