Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup strawberry jam or preserves
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
