Ingredients
– 2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon sumac spice
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, garlic, dill or parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the cucumbers evenly.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
