Ingredients
– 1 lb summer sausage, sliced
– 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large skillet, cook the sliced summer sausage and andouille sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
2. – Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
