Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. – In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
4. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.
5. – Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
