Description

Indulge in the perfect balance of sweet and savory with these award-winning Sweet Honey Party Ribs. Coated in a sticky-sweet glaze and packed with bold flavors, these ribs are sure to be the star of your next backyard BBQ or special occasion.

Ingredients

– 2 racks of baby back ribs

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper.

3. – Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper.

4. – Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they begin to char and caramelize.

5. – Brush the ribs with the honey-soy glaze, and continue grilling for an additional 10-15 minutes, basting the ribs with the glaze every few minutes, until the ribs are tender and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

6. – Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

7. – Slice the ribs between the bones and serve immediately, with any remaining glaze drizzled over the top.

Notes

For a more tender texture, you can also bake the ribs in the oven at 375°F for 1-1.5 hours before grilling and glazing. The ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and can be reheated in the oven or on the grill.
