Description

Flaky, buttery crescent rolls stuffed with a creamy crab filling make these Tasty Party Crab Crescent Bites the perfect easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer for any holiday or special occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 (8 oz) package crescent roll dough

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

4. – Carefully roll up the crescent dough around the filling, starting at the wide end and rolling to the tip. Place the filled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crescent rolls are golden brown.

6. – Serve warm, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

These Tasty Party Crab Crescent Bites can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. You can also use a pre-made crab dip or seafood spread in place of the homemade filling.
