Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 onion, diced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 Thai chili peppers, finely chopped

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

– 12 slider buns, split

– Sliced cucumber, carrot, and cilantro for serving


Instructions

2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
