Description

These Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs are a classic holiday appetizer that are quick and easy to make. The creamy, tangy filling and festive garnish make them a crowd-pleasing favorite for your Thanksgiving feast.


Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 tsp white vinegar

– 1/4 tsp paprika, plus more for garnish

– 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.

2. – Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1 tbsp chopped chives to the yolks. Mash and stir until well combined and creamy.

3. – Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

4. – Garnish the deviled eggs with a light dusting of paprika and additional chopped chives.

5. – Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a festive touch, you can also garnish the deviled eggs with a small piece of fresh herb, such as a thyme sprig or a parsley leaf. These deviled eggs can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
