Ingredients
– 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
– 3 tbsp unsalted butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
2. 2. Drain the beans and set aside.
3. 3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
4. 4. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
5. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and the flavors have combined.

Notes
