Ingredients
– 2 pre-made pie crusts
– 1 box yellow cake mix
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup caramel sauce
– 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
– 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2. Press one pie crust into the bottom of the prepared pie dish.
3. In a large bowl, prepare the cake batter according to package instructions, mixing together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
4. Carefully pour the cake batter over the pie crust in the dish.
5. Top the cake batter with the second pie crust, pressing gently to adhere.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the Piecaken to cool completely, then drizzle with the caramel sauce.
8. Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs before serving.
