Description

Indulge in the rich, decadent flavors of this homemade Triple Chocolate Pistachio Bread. With a moist, fudgy chocolate base, swirls of melted chocolate, and a crunchy topping of fragrant pistachios, this quick bread is a true delight.

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup chopped dark chocolate

– 1 cup chopped unsalted pistachios

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chopped chocolate and pistachios.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

6. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For an extra decadent touch, drizzle the cooled bread with a chocolate glaze. Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
