Description

Indulge in the fresh, vibrant flavors of this Tuna Crudo with Citrus Caper Vinaigrette. Thin slices of sashimi-grade tuna are dressed in a zesty citrus and caper dressing, creating a delightful seafood appetizer or light main course.

Ingredients

– 1 pound sashimi-grade tuna, sliced thin

– 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed

– 1 shallot, minced

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, capers, shallot, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Arrange the tuna slices on a serving platter or individual plates. Drizzle the citrus caper vinaigrette over the top, making sure to evenly coat the tuna.

3. Garnish with the chopped parsley.

4. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
