Ingredients
– 8 oz. cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
– 8 oz. pasta (such as linguine or fettuccine), cooked al dente
– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp onion powder
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – In a large bowl, mix together the chopped turkey, cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
3. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. – Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
– For extra flavor, you can add sautéed mushrooms or peas to the casserole.
– Leftover turkey can be used in place of freshly cooked turkey.
