Ingredients
– 8 frozen or homemade waffles
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the waffles on a baking sheet. Top each waffle with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, diced bell pepper, and onion.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
