Ingredients
– 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons white miso paste
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
– 4 slices of your favorite bread, toasted
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and miso paste. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Spread the whipped peanut butter and miso mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
3. Drizzle a small amount of honey over the top of each toast, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
– For added crunch, you can also top the toasts with chopped nuts or seeds. – Feel free to experiment with different types of bread, such as whole wheat, sourdough, or rye. – The whipped peanut butter and miso mixture can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
