Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 2 cups milk
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into bite-size pieces
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
2. – Add the garlic and chicken, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned.
3. – Pour in the chicken broth and milk, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
