Ingredients
– 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into 1-inch pieces
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth

– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
1. – Cook the lasagna noodle pieces according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
