Ingredients
– 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
3. Brush the dough with the olive oil, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
4. Arrange the prosciutto slices in a single layer on the pizza.
5. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
