Ingredients

– 2 large croissants, halved horizontally

– 1 medium green apple, thinly sliced

– 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Arrange the croissant halves on a baking sheet, cut-side up.

3. Layer the apple slices evenly on the bottom halves of the croissants.

4. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the apples.

5. Drizzle the honey over the goat cheese.
