Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 medium bananas)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut baking pan.
2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. – In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
4. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
5. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
6. – Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
