Ingredients
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
3. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until a smooth batter forms.
