Description

Indulge in the ultimate breakfast treat with this Eggs Benedict Quiche featuring a buttery crust, perfectly cooked eggs, and a rich Hollandaise sauce.


Ingredients

– 1 pre-made pie crust

– 6 large eggs

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 package hollandaise sauce mix

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.

7. While the quiche is baking, prepare the hollandaise sauce according to the package instructions.

8. Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

9. Drizzle the warm hollandaise sauce over the top of the quiche.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a variation, you can add cooked ham, bacon, or spinach to the quiche filling. The hollandaise sauce can also be made from scratch if preferred.
