Ingredients
– 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Season the steak cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Working in batches, sear the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned on the outside but still pink in the center.
4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Whisk in the crumbled blue cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
6. Return the seared steak cubes to the skillet and gently toss to coat them in the blue cheese sauce.
7. Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top.
8. Serve the Glacier Blue Cheese Steak Bites warm, either as an appetizer or a main dish.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. The steak bites can also be served with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
