Ingredients
– 1 cup rose water
– 1 cup lychee puree (from about 10 fresh lychees)
– 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine the rose water and lychee puree. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
5. Gently remove the gummies from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
– For a firmer texture, add an extra 1/2 tablespoon of gelatin.
– Try using different fruit purees like mango or passion fruit in place of lychee.
– Store leftover gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
