Description

Elevate your pizza night with the Coquette Rosa Pizza, featuring a delicate, rose-patterned crust and savory prosciutto roses. This 20-minute Italian masterpiece is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

– 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle or circle, about 1/4-inch thick.

3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.

4. Brush the dough with the olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

5. Arrange the prosciutto slices in a rose pattern, overlapping them slightly, on the dough.

6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top of the prosciutto.

7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a more vibrant rose pattern, you can use thinly sliced salami or pepperoni instead of prosciutto. You can also experiment with different cheeses, such as provolone or fontina, to complement the flavors.
